Cary NC - Real Estate Blog.  At Town & Country Realty, we often get fabulous opportunities to fully market a house to its greatest features.  Our most recent beauty is 113 Creek Park with premium back yard, spring weather and a sleek mantle to showcase to our buyers.  What better place to utilize this seasons hot decorator item: birds.  Designer bird prints reminiscent of spring/echoing the tall trees plus private yard.  We chose Pottery Barn’s framed bird sketches (excellent sale!)  http://www.potterybarn.com/products/framed-bird-sketches-set-of-2/  and re-matted them between 2 sheets of glass (what better way to also show off the beautiful wall color?) within larger espresso frames.  Check this out:
