With support from local home improvement stores (Lowe's Home Improvement on Maynard Rd., and Home Depot on Walnut St.), the Town of Cary is offering an incentive for customers to participate in the campaign and test their toilets. From now through the end of March, Cary customers can stop by any of Cary's three community centers (listed below) and pick up a FREE Town of Cary Toilet Testing Kit. Customers may then visit the Town of Cary website, complete a short surveys and enter to win one of two WaterSense-certified toilets from either Lowe's Home Improvement or Home Depot.
You may also request a kit to be mailed to your home by calling (919)469-4090, or arrange to pick one up at the Town's Public Works & Utilities Department. There are also instructions for testing toilets using food coloring on the Town of Cary's website, www.townofcary.org.
