| Working with Mike and his team has been a great experience. We would not hesitate to work with Town and Country again and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a home - we have worked with Mike on all three fronts. We found Mike initially through internet searches as we were looking to evaluate the possibility of selling our home. We reached out to three different agents to talk through the valuation of our home and what our options would be. Mike was by far the most thorough, upfront and helpful. His commitment to helping us and his follow through immediately gave us confidence that we had found the right person to help us. While market conditions were such that timing was not optimal for us to sell our home, we did shift focus with Mike and he helped us with our search to purchase an investment property. He and his team were most diligent and patient with us as we gradually defined our criteria for purchasing an investment home. When we found a property that worked, Mike and his team were most impressive with how much they helped us in the purchasing process. Mike, Sue and Janette took away so much of the pressure of home buying by helping us ensure that i's were dotted and t's were crossed and by providing their expertise. | I spoke with Mike from Illinois for approximately 4 minutes and knew that Mike was going to be my guy for my property in Cary North Carolina. After driving 1000 miles I met with Mike but had no Idea that mike was only part of a dedicated professional team called Town & Country Realty., I returned to IL and during the past year Town & country has listed, sold, and rented my property with extrodinary service. | I just spent the last few minutes with my neighbor and they wish they could hire you. I told them all about the portal, staging and helpful hints that you have provided and they were amazed. I am watching their agents stage their house now and it is AWFUL!!!!
